"All The Days is a song about seeking hope and finding it right where you are."

What Was Your Inspiration For This Song?

"I love nature and find a lot of inspiration and peace there. When I wrote this song I was feeling low and lonely but by being present and observing my surroundings I was able to transform my mood and attitude into one of optimism and hope. I appreciate the symbolism of prayer flags, that the wind blows the prayers written on them to heaven. With that in mind the lyrics of the chorus were inspired "let my heart wave like a flag, blown in the current that moves all things.. up in a gust as our prayers are lifted on its wings"

What Do You Hope Listeners Will Get Out Of This Song?

"My friend described by voice in the chorus as being exuberant. I hope that the song can transfer that excitement and feeling of being uplifted to the listener."

Describe Your Writing Process. Did You Take A Different Approach?

"When I wrote this song I was doing my best to write what I saw, where I was internally and in my environment. This is one of my greatest strengths in my writing. I love to capture a picture in a song and transform and magnify the feelings until it is it's own entity. This is the first single off my upcoming album, Echo Mountain Sessions. Recorded last summer at Echo Mountain Recording in Asheville, NC. The album will be released on vinyl this fall."
