SELLING TICKETS THROUGH SOUND VALLEY
HOW IT WORKS: Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and we will post your show with presale tickets to our site. Please note that your event will not show up on the site right away. Our team will review your event and have it posted in less than 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your event is live. As part of the service, we will promote your event through Sound Valley's social media accounts. Unless instructed otherwise, presale tickets will end at 11:30pm the night before your event. We can offer multiple ticket levels to help accommodate your event, including but not limited to: Early Bird, Presale, VIP and General Admission.
MONITORING PRESALES: We will email you a breakdown of your ticket sales every Sunday and Thursday evening leading up to your event.
After presale tickets for your event close, you will be emailed a full list of everyone who purchased a ticket for your event.
Each customer who purchases a ticket through our website is emailed an electronic copy of their ticket.
PAYMENT BREAKDOWN: One of our goals with Sound Valley is to have an affordable local ticketing service. We only charge 15% of total ticket sales. We have found this to be significantly cheaper compared to larger ticketing services. Please note that in order to sell your tickets through soundvalleydayton.com, you must use a PayPal account. That is how you will be paid out. There is a $10 minimum fee.
WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR PAYOUT: You can expect your money to be sent to your PayPal account the following day after your event. You will also be emailed a receipt that includes the number of tickets sold and fee charges.
