Be more effective with your advertising dollars by taking a more creative approach! Sound Valley is accepting advertising sponsorship opportunities for the upcoming 2020 music festival season. Our sponsorship packages allow you to stretch your advertising budget throughout the year. We want to help you get more bang for your buck! Our music festivals feature dozens of local bands and artists with a focus on building community. Founded by Dayton television host Zac Pitts and his wife, Ashley, Sound Valley aims to grow the local economy and the community through the power of music.

 

Our goal is to get new eyes on your brand! Our strategic marketing approach involves video advertising through social media paired with brand recognition at ALL of our major events. Advertising with Sound Valley has the capability to reach thousands of potential new clients.

For Dayton, By Dayton Music Festival: May 30, 2020 at Riverscape MetroPark

Sound Valley Summer Music Fesitval: September 5, 2020 at Yellow Cab Tavern

 

Projections for this year’s festival season are as follows:

 

Expected Attendance: 2,000 – 5,000 (Sound Valley Festivals and For Dayton, By Dayton combined events)

Social Media Following: 5,500 (Sound Valley and For Dayton, By Dayton combined socials)

 

Advertising Levels

 

Presenting Sponsor: $5,000 (Limit 2 Per FESTIVAL SEASON, 3 Events total)

 

  • Custom planning built around your brand including commercial video production.

  • Logo present on all promotional videos and content leading up to the event

  • Logo on all printed materials, including fliers and banner on the stage, Presenting Sponsor logo is prominent

  • Brand recognition through social media platforms

  • 3 shout-outs from the stage from event emcee 

  • Exclusive Vendor Booth

  • 6 tickets to each event

 

Community Sponsor: $1,500 (Limit 8 Per FESTIVAL SEASON, 3 Events Total)

 

  • Logo present on all promotional videos, television and radio advertising 

  • Logo on all printed materials, including fliers and banner on the stage

  • Brand recognition through social media platforms

  • 2 shout-outs from the stage from event emcee

  • Vendor Booth

  • 4 tickets to each event

 

Friend Sponsor: $750 (Single Event of Advertiser’s Choice) 

 

  • Logo on all printed materials, including fliers and banner on the stage

  • Brand recognition through social media platforms

  • 1 shout-out from the stage from event emcee

  • Vendor Booth

  • 2 tickets to an event

 

Vendor Space: 

 

Festival Season: $300 (Attend All 3 Festivals)

Single Event:     $150  (Single Event of Vendor’s Choice)

 

  • Booth space to display and/or sell at our events. This includes food trucks and catering.
